Feeling bloated is a very common GI complaint. Adopting the right diet and stop eating gas-producing foods can have a big impact on your quality of life.

  1. Watch out for gas-producing foods
  2. Don’t keep the liquid
  3. Don’t eat too much sodium
  4. Eat more potassium-rich foods

  8. Increase fiber intake slowly
